Looking for a place to stay in the Poconos

My wife and I would like to take to go to the Pocono's for a night or two. Can anyone suggest something. I'd like to do some skiing but otherwise it'll be snow tubing for the family. We're more interested in a quiet place to spend a couple of days and enjoy the winter scenery, maybe do some nature photogrpahy and walks. Any suggestions?

no clue. preferably within 3 hours driving of Brooklyn. Close to snow tubing. skiing would be nice but since I'll be the only one doing it and we're not going for long, it doesnt have to be the best ski resort. preferably a place that has some easy, child friendly, nature walks. just looking to relax for a couple of days and get out of here. Even upstate NY would be fine.
