Looking for best macro capability on older digitals...

Since I currently don't have a camera, I'm going to be looking for a cheap used digital next week. I loved my Coolpix 880 from Nikon, but was wondering what other older model cameras might have better macro capability, instead of me just jumping in and getting another 880.

Any help with info or pointers to other sites that may have info I can use would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Doing some quick research on a suggestion by Wade, it looks like the Coolpix 995 has a 2cm macro focus distance, which is pretty good. Anyone know of an older camera that has better than that?
