is this for dsb im curious , i been trying to look for live sand to kcik start my dsb with critters inside

If you buy any live rock from a fellow reefer or lfs it will have pods on them. You might not see them but trust me they are there. If you don't add to many predator fish too sooo. They will reproduce and be in the millions before long. Ok my thousands
