Here is the deal. I have a 55 gallon reef tank, with chiller, MH lighting, sump, ato, ro/di, doser, etc. It is located in my home office.

The back of the tank backs a wall of my laundry closet. So connections should be easy. I want to convert half of this room into an reef equipment room to hide all equipment.

I would like to have someone who will do the work and not cost an arm and a leg.

What I want to do is to create an equipment room in the laundry area that has individual switches for each electrical item, plumbing needed to clean up mine and some carpentry skills to make a shelf.

However, the other half of this large closet will remain a laundry room.

Also would like to vent my chiller. However, even though chiller is vented, it will need to be easily de-attached to be worked on when maintenance is done.

In the future I may get a larger tank, so I want back area to be easily de-attached and attached as necessary.

I would like to see some of your work, so I know you can handle this.

Priority, is that this work must be CLEAN.

I don't want this work to drag out. Willing to pay $$$, but I don't want to pay a lot.

I am not looking to pay for estimates. But, I am serious to get this done. I will need a firm price, when we agree on what do do.

Can you please contact me by PM if interested.

Location is 11772.

Thank you,

Here is a picture of what I want for electrical, or something similar. This picture is taken from Melev's reef. I like his setup.

>>>Wouldn't it be easier to get a controller rather than have a switch for all you equipment..<<

Bob,

There a bunch of things that I don't like about my setup. My chiller, ballast and sump are all located underneath my tank. It is way to tight.

I want to relocate my ballast and chiller to closet and setup a new longer sump /refugium that is easy access. I also would like to vent my chiller possibly with my dryer vent, since both appliances would be located in closet.

In addition, I do not like my plumbing setup.

I am looking for some one with new eyes to improve on my setup and make suggestions. I don't think that will be hard to do, as this is my first setup and would have done things much differently.

I thought about relocating my plumbing in the basement, but that would be 2 stories down and on the other end of house. I also, would hardly ever go down there. So I thought why not use what I have and capitalize on the laundry closet next door.

Twisted,

I will look them up.

Thank you guys.
