Marine Depot is looking for Customer Service Representatives to act as the front line contacts with customers. Primary duties are problem solving and providing information to our customers. Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing information on the specifications and proper use of products offered on the Marine Depot website as well as responding to customer e-mail and phone inquiries regarding shipping, order tracking, returns, order status, return policies, site navigation, etc in a quick and professional manner.
-The ideal candidate will have an outgoing positive attitude about providing superior customer service in accordance with specified goals for structure, quality and efficiency.
- Must have Marine and Reef Aquarium Knowledge.
- 1-2 yrs experience in the Customer Service field.
- Qualified candidates are team players and will be willing to contribute to the ideas and energy of the Marine Depot team and thrive in a high energy environment.
