If you were to take such a class online, would you feel that you've had a more complete experience if you were given quizzes and such intermittently?

On one hand I don't see the point in testing people, on the other hand it might make the experience more rewarding for some...maybe.

I go back and forth...help me out.
I'm leaning towards no quizzes.

I think you took that online class with Scott Michael a few years back along with me. He gave us short quizzes , etcetera and I felt they were worthwhile (biggest problem was Scott falling asleep on the couch and forgetting to log in to IRC a couple of nights from what I remember!).

id like to see quizzes, it helps me to gauge what i have learned or if i learned anything at all :lol:

I did at that Tech. :wink:
Points taken all, having them be optional might work too.
