MCU/premium aquatics lighthouse controller

I posted a thread recently about timers which in turn lead someone to post a link for this controller

$300 is a fairly pricey item but it does do a lot of things so i am starting to feel like it would be a worthwhile invesstment, especially as it allows you to add a calcium reactor at a later date. I just thought i would ask if there is anyone on this board who has one or knows anything about them. Also interested in experience of other controllers that you might be using.
If there are a few people interested maybe we could get a group buy organised.

I posted the link to that item- it really does look like a good deal. The dimensions (I don't think they were listed on the site anywhere) are 7.9 x 6.3 x 2.5 inches. I might be interested in a group buy- but probably not for a few months, maybe closer to xmas. Seems like a good, basic controller to me- I really like the built in web server too.

Premium aquatics is running a group buy on Reef Central with the aquacontroller JR + PH probe and DC 8 for $280. which is cheaper than the ighthouse ($290 + PH probe) but it doesnt have the web server. This is quite a complicated subject and I still need to read up on both these controllers to see which one suits my needs more, but maybe they would be willing to do a group discount for us at MR?
