Media in reactors get compact dosnt tumble

In my carbon and phosban reactors the media gets compacted and won't tumbles how do u guys prevent this

If you notice it happen you can always open up the flow a bit for a second or two to stir it up and then reset the flow. Thats how I do it if it happens.

More flow.. Do u have them running with pumps ?
