MH bulb choices

I'm leaning toward getting a new 150 watt MH bulb for my oceanic cube.

I really like the 'crisp white' look. A bit more blue than I have now, but still overall, 'white'.. I'm concerned about growth and color.

Which is the best bulb?

I love my helios 20k the colors pop they look amazing

Is the color more of a blue or white? How do you like the growth rates?

it's a little more towards the blue but basically like a phoniex with antics, i run the 250w helios 20k bulb myself

ushio 14k it has a nice balance between white and blue imo

I'm running two 150w phoenix 14k's over my 75g and they have a nice crisp white with just a hint of blue....very nice color. I'm also running two 54w 10k and two 54w actinc T5 HO's along side them so I can change up my color if I want.

I can't tell you anything about growth with them because I'm just getting the tank set up.....I've heard nothing but good things about them all around, aquacave.com has good prices on these and otehr bulbs.

I run a 250w helios I didn't even know they made 150w. Out of the 150w bulbs that I've tried the phoenix was the best.

I like the Phoenix 14k in 150 and 250w.
