MH bulb suggestion for frag/QT tank?

Now that my DT is set up and everything from my 30gal rimless is in the 140.
I want to get some frags and QT them for a month in the 30 before adding them to the DT.
I currently have a 250w Radium over the 30 and was thinking of switching to a 10K for growth do you think this a good idea?

A good quality 10 K bulb would give you massive growth and color (if water parameters are in check)

My frags on the rack are getting huge from just 8 t5's

Mike leave the radium ...you'll may get alittle better growth from the 10k because of the higher PAR, but not the color the radium will give you....I ran 10ks on my DT for a few years and even with all the actinic supplements I ran the color is nothing compared to the radiums or even 12k reeflux I ran for few years as well..
