Mh Lights 10k 14k Or 20k?

WHICH LIGHING would look better right now i have 14k so which is better looking and are there different looking actinic lights any suggestion some look blue some look purple i like purple looking

I would go with the new UVL 03 actinic bulbs. I have them in my fixture and love the look. I have 14k phoenix bulbs as well for MH

single ended? double ended? wattage? do you supplement with actinics? i'm running 250w 14k phoenix bulbs just by themselves. i'm a big fan of them.

looks like i have the same fixture...it is a outer orbit?
im running 150w phoenix 14k with 2 ati blue plus and 1 uvl super actinic and 1 uvl aquasun....the uvl bulbs give a good amount of red in the tank.....with all lights all...it still looks 14k but with some red in the mix...

you gotta research bulbs and ballasts...because each one combined with another will give off different colors

bulbs wont help on that light replace the ballast with icecap externals. If you search on reefcentral there is a huge post on odeyssa MH lighting.

well im going to get some new ballast because the stock ones are cheap after that i want to se how it looks with stock mh so ill decide if i need new lights or stick with the stock

The ebay seller says this is a generic 'made in China' fixture. They also say it is NOT UL approved. There is no way to determine what brand it is. Please exercise caution when/if rewiring this fixture with a new ballast.
