if i have to remove anemone and shrooms from live rock whats the best way to do so

I'm not sure about the shrooms, but the anemone you need to find its base. Then you gently tickle it at the base until it releases itself. What ever you do do not pull it off, You will damage it.

duke for the shrooms jut get a new razor and cuth them as close to the rock as possible.

there are several methods for the anemone:
1. use ice on the foot
2. point a powerhead @ the foot
3. take the rock out and flip it so only the tentacles of the anemone touch the water. once the foot starts to dry it will release(this can take quite a while and kill other stuff on the rock)

Take the rock out and keep it underwater in a bucket (just to make it easier to manage), take a credit card and slowly tickle it's foot until you can get under it with the card. Once you get under it you can slowly peel him off with the card. If you go very slowly you can do this in a relatively short period of time without damaging the anemone.
