Minijet 606 heat issuse

So I upgraded the pump in my jbj 6 to a minijet 606 and added a koralia nano 250 gph and im now running 10 degrees over room temp with the lights off. I dont think its the koralia because I left it off for 24 hours and temp stayed the same. So I guess the minijet 606 runs hot ??? Anybody else have this issue ??

All pumps give out a little heat.I have the 404 for my Reactor but I run a chiller so no worries

I would leave the cover on the nano open a little to let the heat escape. When mine nano cover was closed, it got very warm.

I know how hot nanos can get.I took off the cover off my RSM mostly for better lighting but also for the heat issue.
