my insurance company found him 100% at fault but I have to deal with his company for payment cause i didnt have collision . Last time this happened to me i was only payed 60% of the damage cause the insurance company said NY is a 60/40 state it was 40% my fault for being there , I dont know how true that is
I guess they realized with all the pictures and witnesses in the pictures I sent them with notarised statements that there was no way out of it.
they sent me this release form but I dont know if I should sighn it being that my shoulder has been bothering since that day though I have not seeked medical atention
Any lawyers out there can tell me if this is a release for property damage ONLY or for personal injury also

Not a lawyer,*(this is not legal advise) but that form clearly states (more than once) that the release is for property damage...if you want to have ANY chance for a medical claim, it's 2 months since the accident !!!!, go, complain, to a DOCTOR, build up a file! I realize the bike is more important than your shoulder, but it's easier and cheaper to replace Harley parts!
