Moving Corcea clam

I'd like to move my clam to a different spot in the tank, but it just glued itself to the live rock. Is there a way to detach it from the rock without hurting it?

i dont know about that. i know if you rip it of it will die...

Some people use clams shells to put their clams on so it'll be easier to move.

You could break away the live rock underneath the clam but it would be a nice chunk of rock with the clam and takes a little effort.
