Well the stench is starting to clear from my move...
As some know, I bought a house recently, and moved my tanks into it last weekend. Lost a LOT of stuff. Every Monti I had, all but one LPS, about the only corals to make it was my anemone's and Acro's. To make matter's worse, I had two boxes 'O frag's promised to me, and I lost the one guy's email addy, and have no idea how to get back in touch with him... (Adam something in Maryland.. remember my box 'O bugs?)
What's got me concerned at the moment, is the fact that my fish don't seem to want to eat. Admittedly I couldn't down any food with the stink in the basement right now (where the tank's are situated), but I've been doing 60 Gallon Water Changes every other day since the move, running carbon, skimmer, etc... and still the fish won't eat. I try feeding every day. Vibra-Gro pellets (a previous favorite), My homemade blend of fish food (the supreme quisine!), flake, Algae in a clip, Live Brine Shrimp, you name it. Admittedly my Tang's one eye is a goner, so him I can understand, but the clown's are OK, the Puffer seem's fine, and they react when I put food in the water, but don't eat it. What gives? Is it just the fact that the water quality is so poor, that they can't stomach anything, or is something much more the matter?
TIA.
