Is your spacing correct? If let's say you have a 1/4" glass and your spacer is set for a 5/8" you will burn them out. Check your spacing. Also, it's unnecessary to have your pump at 100% jmo.

The only time they seize for me is if the ceramic spacer is not in right.

These were all new i never adjust anything I will check glass and spacer but i think it's right when new one comes. Thanks guys.

Good news guys ecotech is doing exchange and they told me to put to 3/8 glass setting instead of 1/2 inch...thats good news.

Frank looks like you were right!
everybody should check spacing on dry side...these things to expensive to be changing all. the time it's 75 plus shipping and tax. 100 bucks.

They said to put to 3/8 to play on safer side. That way no stress. They also said some dry side are stronger than others which us why is caused my problem.

I had same issue and they replace them with no questions asked, the best customer service ever, including the circuit board they replaced once already. My concern is when I have no warranty what they are going to do. Time will tell

Mine was out of warranty by month but since I bought so many i guess they felt I deserved one on the house. Lol
