Hard to tell from the picture. Is it spitting out it's guts (mesenterial filaments)?
They project them out thru their mouth when they are not happy with their present condition.
I find they do it most often due to water parameters mostly, Especially when the parameter's change very fast. Like too quick of an acclimation, or adding calc and alk additives too quickly, etc.
Lighting, another coral agitating them, and too strong of flow can cause it too.
It's not the end for the mushroom, then can recover pretty quickly once the conditions around them are better.

Good morning and welcome to MR. Some additional information on water parameters would me helpful for us to offer valuable feedback.
My water parameter

No3 0ppm
Po4 0.03ppm
Ca 1460pp
Mg 1600ppm
Kh 10.2
Salinity 1.024
Ph 8.3

Actually im waiting for Mg to reduce to 1500ppm but still remain at 1600ppm even im not dosing Mg almost 2 weeks. This one also need clarification from you guys

Most of corals are LPS and softies

You mean something like curly string? Yup.. A lot of filaments appear, not only at the middle but almost covered the whole body of it

Usually i add 15ml of Ca and Alk 1hour apart during day time for my 55gal display tank and 20gal sump tank. Still consider too quick?

By the way thanx for your advised??
