mushroom sick?

Got this mushroom from someone and notice there is something growing on the surface of the mushroom. It looks like little pieces of mushroom and it's spreading to other shrooms. Anybody know what is it and are they harmful?

thanks guys, gotta do someting about that shroom, i have a xenia right next to that shroom is not open fully, do you guys think its caused by the flatworm ?
