A few of my superman rhodactis mushrooms look like they are either being eaten or melting from the mouth.
Is there a greenish nudi that eats mushrooms? You can kind of see a frilly looking something by the center of the pic.

It isn't dividing. I have seen that before. I know that is the worst photo too. ha ha. One mushroom has a dime size hole in the middle and now these green egg looking frilly things are on another mushroom and it is starting to make a hole too. I'll try and get a better picture later. They are almost against my front glass so its hard to get a decent picture.

Another shot of one almost dead now after a few days and two of the latest victims.
The rocks is under everything so I can't pull it out to dip it.

I forgot to say they have been next to the palys and close to the acan for several years so I don't think they are getting stung.
I can't seem to get a pic of the green frilly thing by the mouths. Its kind of looks like several small nudis or some kind of worm or it's the mushrooms guts.

if you think its something attacking it then you would definitely want to move the rock asap, I mean you are gonna have to do it eventually unless you don't mind taking the risk that whatever is killing your mushroom move on to another coral once they are done with the mushroom.

Or, cut the mushroom off from the attach point and then dip it.
