any tips on take marco shots i think the more i stand back the better the pic is does that make sence?

i am no expert but i thing you have to focus more ..and use a tripod

first of all you need to set your camera to take macro shots look for the flower looking function on your camera, second is that you need to turn off all equipment that c ause movement in your tank and 3rd you need to shoot shots that are straight across from the coral and not from the left, right. not sure if you knwo what i mean.
