I had an MRC skimmer. No problems with the company or the skimmer.

I bought a pump from aquacave . It arrived damaged and the guy never called me back and did not care. Their customer service does not exist.

I had a MR-1 skimmer. I didn't like it. I replaced it with a Euro-Reef and there is no comparison IME. I did work with Andy at MyReef and he tried to get it to work for me and I gave up.

Andy and MRC are very reputable. I've purchased a few custom-made items from them.

I have MRC's dual Beckett MR-7 skimmer. Finicky, but once dialed in it's absolutely marvelous. I've never dealt with Aquacave so I cannot make a comparison but I have dealt with some others and can say without reservation that the personal attention I recieve from Andy at Myreef has, so far, been second to none.

Absolutely, Andy is top notch to deal with. Quick response to questions, sent new O-rings for my ca reactor for free, arrived almost overnight.
