We bought two small tank raised (Ocelisious - sp?) clowns about 3 1/2 months ago.

They got along wonderfully until yesterday morning, I noticed them spinning quickly in circles together, I wasn't sure if they were playing or mating or what?

This morning, one clownfish is hiding in one corner of the tank and the other won't let him come out from behind the rocks.

(I don't know if this means anything.....
About 6 weeks ago a friend gave us a true percula clown that is bigger than my two little ones. The big one bothers nobody and nobody bothers her.)

Does anyone know what's going on with my little ones????

This isn't mating, is it? What happened, one hit puberty or something?

Sounds like a prelude to mating. Since the biggest one is a female, she needs a male to mate. Only one of the juvinile delinquents can become a male. That will be the winner of the fight. The loser remains a juvinile. Once the winner makes the change, I would expect things to calm down.
