couple of weeks ago I added a couple of medium sized peppermint shrimp to my tank.
I hadnt seen them since I put them in. My blood and skunk cleaners are always out and about as well as my coral banded.

I checked at night to see if they were a out and about and no luck.
well I went to Ocean gallery II today ( my son had a travel hockey game in the area so it was convenient to stop by)and picked up some peppermints.

I after acclimating I fed the fish till they were stuffed and shut the light to introduce the new shrimp. I had... 6

as soon as I put them in and they hit the bottom my Argus wrasse became an assassin! he swallowed 2 in a heart beat and had the third half way in his mouth.
these were pretty good sized too about an inch
I now know where the other 2 went:irked:

I was able to save 2 the third is hiding under the rocks!
