:smash: I'm a newbie to the hobby and been reading every message board forum google will bring back to absorb as much info as possible.
One question that elludes me is this...
I bought a Long Tip Anemone at my local shop where I also got my set-up. The folks there are really helpful, however the more I read up on the topic I see everyone commenting that to keep an anemone healthy lighting is a huge factor. But all the tanks they comment about are quite larger than my 24gallon nano.
Does the smaller tank size help limit the total lighting requirements?
I have 2x36w 50/50 PCs
Tank has: Liverock (20-25lbs) and Livesand, 2 clowns (percula), 6 turbo snails, 1 fireshrimp, 1 aforementioned long tip anemone.
All have been eating fine, including the anemone who I feed frozen krill (1-2) every other day. Anemone has moved around a bit and is now at the bottom of the tank in the LS b/n 2 Liverocks.
Clowns are not hosting yet as both are only 3-4 days in the tank.
Chems: Temp:76, PH:8.3, Alk:3.0, Amm, nitrite, nitrates, phophates all zero to minimal
Appreciate any other Nano tips, mods, or things that may jump out to the pros based on what i listed above.
