I currently have a Naso with a Orange Shoulder and Sailfin. No problems with the Naso at all. The Sailfin can be a little aggressive at times, but I've had no problem with the Naso to date. They've been co-habiting for about a year now.
That would have to be an "it depends" kind of answer. It depends on a lot of factors, most important being territory size for the fishes in question. Next is age/maturity/size. Next is order of introduction, you want to keep those most aggressive animals from going in first. Sailfins tend to be aggressive, but Nasos can present some issues themselves.
Start small, go with a tank no smaller (if you're talking about all three) than 180gals, and introduce that sailfin last, you could have a good chance of no problems.
