That thing has been out for some time. I have had it bookmarked for years it seems, and I always think if I have lots of extra money I would buy one. I never seem to have the cash though. It does look really nice and I think its one of those things a reef club would split and pass around. It would be interesting if one could spot AEFW under it easier.

Yeah that price is a killer (not in a good way ). I seem to recall one of the big names in reef keeping promoting it or something some time back.. I might be mistaken though.

Either way, that's why I have a macro-mode on my camera (super macro for the really close to the glass stuff ), plus I can examine the photos later without getting a cramp in my neck because you can only view stuff perpendicular to the glass

I don't think you can use it to see the coral on the back of the wall due to limited depth of view. <yawn>

Pretty cool. I agree, that price is crazy. I could think of a hell of a lot more things I would like to buy with that money and some of them have nothing to do with reef keeping... :lol:

Used em, not bad. The one I was using the suction cup broke the seal and fell to the ground. At least the owner laughed
