Need a Comparable pump to a Mak5

I picked up a calcium reactor that the guy says takes a mak5 pump. From what it looks like the pump is pretty powerful, and expensive. Just wondering if there was a pump that was a bit cheaper, and comparable.

most calcium reactors use a very small pump for recirculation.

Perhaps he meant a mag 5 instead of a mak 5.

Even a mag 5 would be a bit much for a reactor. I use the mag 2.

The reactor is an Ultra C. If anyone has one, I would like to know what kind of pump you use. I just picked it up off Ebay, for pretty cheap.

I would agreee with Atlantis on this one. I'm using a Mag 5 on my reactor and it is a dual chamber with the 1st chamber being 6" diameter X 24" tall and the 2nd chamber 4" diameter and 18" tall. The Mag 5 is plenty big enough to run it.
