Need EuroReef Skimmer replacement part

I have a Euroreef 100 (metric euro version) skimmer and I have had a challenging time trying to find a business to replace a part. The euroreef website differs me to reef dynamics but they are NOT communicative/. I am missing the cylindrical (like a pvc pipe) device that you rotate to control the water level within the skimmer. Sorry that I dont know the official name of this item. Can anyone help?

I believe its called a "Wedge pipe"

It is a wedge pipe. Alot of people would mod the skimmer to a gate valve anyways

Yeah...i just resolved it with them...they had actually sent me an email that went into my spam folder. As for calling them...you have to call them later in the day around 3-4 est as they are in Cali. I was able to get a replacement from them and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
