Need glass tank drilled

Im looking for someone who can drill my glass (non tempered) tank.
The tank to be drill is a 4 gl innovative marine.
I need someone in manhattan who has a "drill press" (is that the term?).

I know a guy named "derek" down in pacific aquarium that drilled my tank and had no issues. I think he charged like $35 per hole drilled & he uses a drill press
