I dont know whats this in my tank. I have 2 of them. Is it bad or good?

It looks like a bleached RBTA to me. How big is it?

its about an inch and half? The thing is i have 2 thats exactly the same on each side of my tank. And it moves around.

ok cool. When I got the rock from another member i didnt notice them until now.

try feeding them with some thawed frozen food and provide good lighting and they should recover.
