Need help to ID the growth

Not sure what is growing on what I think is a ricordia. The normal looking ricordia part was a about the size of a quarter and beautiful green blue color. Suffered thru a tank crash a bout 6 weeks ago and thought this it was a goner But it is still around, recovering with theses strange reddish bubbles.....not sure what is happening. Is it suppose to be a part of the ricordia. Got this from a member a few months ago and not even sure it is a ricordia, could be a blasto.

Something under the bubble is growing. It's green in color.
