What are your PH & Alk readings? (may as well give us the Ca too :)) ..and where do you want to raise it to?

Raising PH can be touchy business as it affects your fish and raised too quickly can easily kill them.
Whatever you do, you need to raise it very s l o w l y !!

I had the same problem the alk will come down on its own I used Seachem Aquavitro Balance It raises PH not alkalinity after one week it was fine and I current use Bulk reef supply 2 part and I don't over add the alk component.

If your PH is at 8.0 and your ALK is ''good'' LEAVE IT ALONE!
What kind of salt mix do you use?
