Need Plumber in BK ASAP!

Something is wrong with the main drain in my house. When we use any faucet or toilet it seems to be almost causing a back flow of dirty water (not sewage but like grey water and even leaves). The two sinks in the basement start to back up with water. Also after I tried to plunge one I can see the water rising and dropping up/down in the drain. I went to Lowes for a snake but they said I needed the machine that the handheld ones wouldn't do it (I had a pow wow with all the plumbing guys there and described in detail).

Does anyone have any ideas or know a plumber that can help please?!?

same thing happened to me last year. main sewer trap was clogged up. if you can get ur main trap covers open you can get a better idea. ill text you the guys number that fixed mine.

its a knock off cap..it dosnt screw on.

Be careful opening it. Do it slowly. If the clog is after the trap your going to have a big mess.

call roto rooter you main has clogged or tree roots found their way into your main sewer line it happens to my line every 3to4 years

Salpet has it right I wouldn't do it ur self cost 2-300 get main line snaked don't let them scare u into having it lined

Actually Roto Rooter came out and wanted 400-500. My friend came over and did it for 80 and we figured out what was happening to prevent it in the future

Theres a company in the city called (I think) 59.99 they clean sewers for 59.99 anytime. They did my brother in laws july fourth. Crazy I don't snake sink drains for that.

You should add a check valve to stop back ups.... I noticed you mentioned leaves....a friend of mine had a drain in his yard that hooked up to the main waste into his basement then to the street In front of his house.....the leaves would come up into his shower base I hope you don't have that problem cuz it's alot more involved than just adding a check valve before your waste main goes to the street
