How often do you feed these guys and what do you feed? I just got one with my clown pair. Yours look incredible and you obviously are doing something right if they're multiplying. How often do you feed them?

try facing a power head at the base to see if it will release. good luck, it is hit or miss. fyi, don't try to scrape the foot.

To remove, I place a small rock over the anemone and eventually he will move onto the newly placed rock to get into better light & flow. You have to keep an eye out though. Better to do on a day off so you can check from time to time. Then at least you havent damaged the critter & you have it on some rock. Note: I used to feed my GBTA & it/they would split every 3-4 weeks (usually after a big water change). Now I don't feed, they still are healthy & they don't split. After the novelty wears off you really don't want them to split as they take up a lot of real estate.

ditto like everyone else said. first, baby anemones are sometimes much lighter colored compared to the momma anemone (in my experience but i haven't read this elsewhere). also, to remove anemones from rocks i've used a power head aimed at the base, scraped with the handle end of a kitchen knife, and rubbed the base with an ice cube. they all work. just be patient!

thanks for the replies. i dont feed the anemones anything at all. also the white baby looks NOTHING like the parents and id be very surprise if it was even a bta. bleaching- i doubt it it is on the underside of a rock and the lights arent nearly strong enough. any way a baby condylactis made it into my tank? although no purple tips. i really dont know here.
