New fish getting picked on?

I added a Male flam wrass and my Orang back wrass went chasing him around the tank upon introduction. Now Flame wrass is in hiding
I never had aggression when adding new fish should I just let them work it out :fishhit:

welcome to the world of wrasse's, some will chase other's wont, you can do two things, either put a mirror beside the tank or catch fish and stick it in a acclimation box for a few days to a week to let it get use to seeing the other fish

Sometimes moving rock will help. IME, letting them "work it out" has led to one fish killing the other. I added two different wrasse to my 215 once at the same time and there was only one left the next day. Hope you have a better outcome!

Orange back is outa here the flame wrass is more important to me than the orange back
