Just set up a 14 gal oce Bio Cube last night. Used 1 bag live sand 18 lbs live rock and 2 1/2 judges of the nutri sea water.

Question im going to keep 2-3 fish and some corals should i remove the Bio balls that are in there and replace it with Chemi-pure.

Any info will help

Welcome to MR,

There is a beginner forum that could get answers for your questions in the appropriate place, perhaps the mods will move this thread there. As for your question, most people would advise against bio-balls as they become nitrate factories after time. I would suggest starting with the thread I linked at the bottom and then making sure you read as much as you can and do some research into whatever you are thinking of adding. The search function on MR is under utilized and very helpful. Put in bio balls or chemi-pure and see what you come up with. Good luck,

Yes, remove the bio balls. If there is livestock in thw tank then remove them slowly.
