Nope, not a bi-level. Mike's house is either a colonial or split-level.

A bi-level is determined by the entrance. When you walk in the front door you enter on a landing that leads either upstairs or downstairs. I've built more than I care to remember.

Fiancee's brother in law works for Nicolock so she got it from them. They arent mortered down or anything, just layered like you see, free standing so it can be moved if need be.
