New State, New Tanks

So I'm all set up in Overland Park, Kansas (a suburb of Kansas City, MO), and I've got two tanks going here. One is in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom of the Nursery School in my synagogue (Congregation Beth Shalom). Here is that one:

JBJ 28 Gal Nano:

One Percula Clown
One Royal Gramma
One Rainfords Gobi

Assorted ricordia, mushrooms, zoanthids
One candy cane
Green star polyps
assorted snails

The kids LOVE this tank, and their parents love it possibly even more. The parents want to spend money to put more corals into this tank.

Very nice! Just make sure that asterina is totally ivory in color, or you'll need to wish him into a Kansas cornfield before he eats your zoas! (at least he will be local..lol)

Haha. Yeah. it's not the good kind. Hitch hiked on some rock, no doubt... I thought the jury was out on whether or not they eat zoanthids...
