Hi Guys
Im just getting back into the hobby and Im ready to set up my 75 gallon saltwater tank.
I have a fluval 406,heater,T-5s and Instant ocean salt
I plan on adding a skimmer and starting with live rock, fish and going into corals after I cycle.
I will be adding enough rock to cover the back wall top to bottom'
And add about 50lbs of live sand as soon as I get the water and filters running

Any thoughts :scratchch

Welcome to MR.

You will find this is a great place to find some good info and input.

You mentioned corals after you cycle. Hopefully you do not mean that you will put fish in before the tank is cycled. You should cycle the tank before you add livestock.

You may also want to add the Rock, then sand, then water. Adding sand after everything else will only cloud the water and take longer to settle and harder to get the sand where you want it.
