New World Aquaria Aclimation Question

i was doing my summer tri weeklly visit to new world aquaria today (yes i know im bored)
and i opened up the styraphome box that had the fish aclimating in them via the drip method. and i noticed the water had a pretty bluish tint. never got around to asking what it was , but im asuming its some sort of medication used as a preventitive. any ideas of what it could be.

It's some thing that put oxygen into the water, helps the fish recover from shipping. NW is big in using it.

Also you should have ask them, they would have told you all about.
