Camera was purchased last month - I have receipt from B&H - purchased with cash - with additonal 3 yr warranty on LENS AND BODY with 2years 11 months remaining...
Warranty papers have not been filled out yet and can be applied to whoever buys the camera by sending them in with the receipt which is included.

pretty firm since it was purchased a little over a month ago from b&h in manhattan at 1500+ tax
no storys no games. good deal!
