No flow to di cartridge?

I replaced membrane and there is no flow to the di cartridge. My research suggests that the water is too cold? All the water seems to be going through the waste line. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a flush kit and have it turned on????

Flush kit is off. The unit was was working and then stopped. I thought I needed a new membrane because I hadn't replaced it for 2 years. Still not getting any flow from the membrane to the di cartridge. Pressure to the unit is fine. Just getting waste water.

if you have an auto shut off valve it may be stuck.

Took off shut off valve. Still no water coming from membrane to Di cartridge. Any other suggestions? Thanks. It's a typhoon model from air water ice.

Try closing the wast hose with ur finger or pinch the tube a little and see if u can create a little pressure inside, maybe u switched the tubes on the auto shutoff valve, check ur flush valve because it can be faulty ( if the water is coming out a lot), make sure no gate valves are closed. That's me brainstorming.

low water pressure can cause it also. awe says you you need minimum 35-40 psi.

if the unit was working before you changed the membrane, like tonyscooter said maybe the membrane was installed incorrectly or its defective. back track your work and try installing old membrane, if it works you will know the new one is defective.
