I inherited a YT (actually rescued is a better term) that was in pretty bad shape. I have managed to get it's color back and it's fins are healing and filling back in as well. The only reason I took this fish is because I had an outbreak of Grape Caulerpa that must have escaped from my fuge. I don't plan to keep it as my tank is WAY to small for it, as soon as the stand and canopy for my new tank are ready it will be traded. The macro invasion has been taken care of by the Tang and I'm now depending on Nori for it's diet along with some meaty foods it steals from my mushrooms.

The problem is, I live in the sticks and the closest Supermarket I found to have it is about 45 minutes away. The Nori I was able to find there was roasted, it is NOT flavored. So my question, is all Nori in supermarkets roasted? If not, is roasted Nori less nutritional?

when i fed that to my tangs I soaked it in RO for a bit, I did not know if that was needed, but it softened it up for them.

i like to spoil my fish, so I pre-soften the nori for them :lol2:

no i thought it would help to rinse it a bit, i was never sure if it had
anything added to it
