NYC tap water tinted?

I filled a bowl of tap water for my cats tonight and it looked dark.
I compared it to some poland spring water and the tap water now has a grey tint to it. Has anyone else noticed this? It never used to have a color before.

Yes, yesterday i went to eat in a rest, and they were giving free bottled water with the meal because the water was bad

Same here jh, been like that for a few days. Sometimes it runs clean but a lot of the time its dirty. I wait for it to run clean to shower..usually if you let the water run it clears up and flush the potty a few times.

That happens in other areas when the fire department flushes the hydrants.

There trying different flavors you gotta give them a chance to get it right. The truth is in april a Leak was found in Wawarsing where one of our aqueducts the delaware goes through. Our other aqueduct the croton is older and in need of alot of repairs and hardly used so most of the water seen and drank in Nyc is coming from The Catskills aqueduct which is sometimes mixed with the croton supply when water is in short supply.

Nyc is a big potty ...Haha very funny:irked: Daceman. How's the water pressure up there in Canada.
