I might be able to get a great deal on this chiller - though its wired for 220 (not the biggest deal as I can pretty easily get a 22O outlet where I would need it).

Anyone use em? Whaddya think?

I use their Deltec inline series. It's the same compressor/assembly, just the Cylcone uses a drop-in probe. I like my AquaLogic. It's been working (outdoors) without a single need for servicing for about a decade now.

1/2 hp is pretty overkill for your tank :P But if it's cheap ....

Request to buy sent. No bigger tank - no space! :D

If you ask nicely I could drive down with all of my tools. We can make Space. :D

I thought that you didnt need a chiller with your crawl space and moderate bay temps. :?

Last year was a nightmare all over the Bay Area, and there were lots of people who lost stuff do to heating problems. Where I live, we general have about 4 weeks spread out between June and October with high temps. I dealt with it last year by putting an air conditioner in the little bathroom that gives access to the back of the tank, but decided to get a chiller so I wouldn't have to worry so much.
