Opinions on these lights

I'm thinking of trying some V-HO (Variable High Output) T5s with my new IceCap 660. I found these on Marine Depot. Anyone have opinions?

Also I am trying to work out which would be the equivalent of a 'Midday' type light between these two, as I want something that is best for photosynthesis:

UVL 46 Inch T5 V-HO 75.25 Bulb 14000K (54W/85W)
UVL 46 Inch T5 V-HO AquaSun Bulb 10000K (54W/85W)

mid day is going to be between 3k and 65k giesmann makes a 6k but makes tank look like pee
