Outer orbit mh t5?

I have a outer orbit 36" 2-150 mh and 4 t5 there are leds on it the blue ones work the white dont. How can I fix this also the side fan is loud the guy that sold it to me gave me a replacement fan.Does any body with this fixture had this problem I heard the fan noise sometimes goes away,and are the leds worth fixing? I dont wanna put the spare fan if the noise will go away so I can have the back up.I am gonna change the bulbs after the tank cycles,If I dont like the lighting color and want a slight more blue do I get a 14k mh or do I take out the 2 pinkish t5 it came with and put blue ones,Thanks

You will have to take it apart and check the soldering connections on the leds you have a problem with and after that check the led driver. Goodluck

I believe the 150's have the MH ballast in the fixture. That's why it's loud. The 250's use external ballast
