overstocked?

i dont think i am over stocked but i am wondering if my algae problem could be from the type of fish i have. right now in the tank is a bluespot puffer, hovens wrasse, fairy wrasse, scooter blenny, lyretail anthias. i would like to add more fish down the road in the future if you guys think i could. I feed every other day and do 15 gallon water changes every week. its a 75 gallon with 20 gallon sump. i kind of think my algae could be from my tank still maturing. i have a lot of base rock in the tank now also i am adding more sand next week.

oo and for flow i just added more of it if you guys were wondering i have a koralia 750 and a koralia 1050, also a no name 750 pump as well the flow is nice and random now i hope this could help would the algae to.

yea swc 150 bmk skimmer, but it hasnt been pulling out that much skimmate lately i dont know why. its tunesd perfectly the water level is right before the neck of the collection cup and i can see the dry foam rising but it dosent seem to be dumping into the collection cup.

should i take the rocks out and scrub them or let the algae run its course.

Le it run its corse. If anything setup a phos reactor. Don't take the rocks out and scrub them, it is possible to cause a mini cycle if toi do
