After numerous brain numbing hours I have finally managed to complete part three of "A Philippine Fringing Reef & The Reef Aquarium" detailing the macroalgae and their subtidal habitat. If this does not convince everyone to set up a macroalgae refugium, then nothing will....lol

Just wanted to say your the luckest man in the world. Beautiful wife, daily dives on the reef, man I wish....

My sister just moved from PA to Hawaii and she keeps telling me I should move out there but I just cant. sigh....

Man Chuck you sure have come a long way since your about.com saltwater forum days!

And FYI I have thought many times about having a macro-refugium, in fact my latest idea is a whole damn lagoon tank with sea-grasses.

Thanks, but when you do a few hundred dives and thousands of snorkeling trips as well as having a number of marine biologists helping to keep me on track, one can not help but to come along...lol

The lagoon tank would be awesome, I only wish I had the room in this tiny apartment to set up two 300 gallon refugiums to support the 80 gallon "display" tank. By years end we are moving close to the ocean so that may become another dream come true for me.
